Established in 1996, Lord & Associates is a locally owned State of Oregon certified WBE (Women Business Enterprise) as well as DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) for federally funded projects. We have over 30 years of experience providing professional traffic control services and equipment to the Portland, Vancouver, Salem and surrounding areas.
We have many experienced Traffic Control Flaggers, and our knowledge of the area gives us the advantage when you need accurate and timely traffic control plans and on-site consultations with a Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS).
